I joined Quest as a Senior Accountant in April 2019 and was promoted to Accounting Supervisor in November of the same year. In July 2021, I was promoted again to Financial Operation Manager. Accounting Supervisor
CANDIDATE JOURNEY
Screening
Our HR team will review all the applications and create a preliminary shortlist of candidates to invite to a group testing session. You will receive an email invitation for written test.
Group Testing Session
In the group testing session, our HR team will give you a short presentation about Quest and details of the job as well as the salary range for the position. Then, you will be participating in the written test.
Interview
If you pass the written test, you will be invited for an interview where you will meet the hiring team and discuss your work experience with them. This interview will also give you a better understanding of the position and its related benefits.
Meeting with MD
After passing the interview, the selected candidate will have a short meeting with our Managing Director either immediately after the interview or shortly thereafter. This meeting is the final step, before receiving a job offer letter.
Job Offer
The HR team will send the job offer via email and follow up with a call to explain the offer. If you accept, the HR department will send you the contract to sign it.
